Moulding Warehouse ltd offers delivery in HRM and surrounding areas.
We offer curbside delivery service and will deliver into a garage or entry way with easy access.
Returns
Trims can be returned as long as they are still in the sizes they were sold at. Anything cut for transport or cut on site is unable to be returned. Custom Profiles that have been produced as per request are non refundable.
Doors can be returned or exchanged subject to inspection. A refund on doors will only be given at the price of the door slab; as the frames can not be reused. Any door altered from original size or custom jambs are non refundable.
Hardware can be returned subject to inspection for all parts.
Any returns that require a pick up are subject to a restocking fee and subject to inspection by driver and warehouse upon return.
Warranties
Doors
Warranties are covered by our manufactures subject to inspection and return of material. Doors will not be covered by warranty if they have been altered from manufacture sizing for custom openings. Warped or Delaminating doors must be inspected and have been painted under proper conditions; See instructions here.
Hardware
Warranties are covered by our manufacturers. If you have any issues with handles please call and inqure what is covered and if we can help. Some small parts or colouring deffect can be addressed by us imediately; other issues may require sending the original hardware back to the manufacturer.

Shipping Policy
Moulding Warehouse Ltd. will ship mouldings to any location in Canada. Freight costs for shipping moldings, doors, or door hardware, will be determined before an order is processed and all costs including duty, custom brokerage fees and crating will be charged to the receiver’s invoice once the order is approved by the customer.
It is the responsibility of the receiver to inspect all product for damage or shortages and to indicate any problems on the freight company’s shipping documents. A copy of the document must be forwarded to Moulding Warehouse Ltd. with the driver’s signature in order process any claims. Replacement product as a result of claims will be re-shipped from Moulding Warehouse Ltd.
Customers may choose to have an order shipped using their preferred shipping company, and must arrange for the shipment and costs before the product is released. All claims for moulding shipments or other shipments will be the responsibility of the customer.
For our moulding customers, Moulding Warehouse Ltd. will attempt to find the least expensive carrier to minimize the freight costs. Please contact us for help with shipping your moulding order throughout Canada.
